For a fascinating discussion on where technology is heading, we have invited the two founders of an Australian IT success story – Dr Julie Vonwiller and Chris Vonwiller from Appen (ASX:APX). Julie is a a renowned Australian linguist while Chris was formerly chairman of a Telstra subsidiary that eventually became Telstra Bigpond. Appen is an IT company providing language technology data and services essential for voice recognition services. It counts eight of the top 10 global tech giants as clients, including Apple, Facebook, and Google.
